o Assessing and planning nursing care requirements o Providing pre- and post-operation care o Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions o Writing records o Supervising junior staff o Organizing workloads o Other responsibilities will be provided by the head of department o Perform laser, slimming and facial treatments o Coordinate files withdrawal and insertion back seamlessly o Monitoring the nurses ensuring they are fulfilling all their job requirements on daily basis o Ensuring infection control implementation are always meet o Coordinating nursing care o Making sure all the patients have needs met and receive appropriate attention. o Stock management o Must drive key service quality processes at the clinic level o Must personally meet and engage clients and manage VIP clients o Must handle any irate client and solve problems o Must ensure clinic cleanliness and hygiene at all time o Other responsibilities will be provided by the head of department.
