ICC Job Portal is an online job classified by the Indian Cultural Centre, Doha - Qatar. Indian Cultural Centre is the apex body of Indian expatriate community functioning under the patronage of Embassy of India for the purpose of advancement of social, and cultural activities of the Indian community in Qatar. ICC Job Portal will allow community job seekers in Qatar to upload their resumes in the portal. The potential employers can visit the website and access the database from the available prospects and also can do Job Postings. The Ambassador of India to Qatar, P Kumaran, who is also the Patron of Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) in Qatar, inaugurated the website on 27th June 2019.

ICC is also the platform to serve the interest of almost 600,000 Indians residing in Qatar. This Cultural body is also committed to promote the rich Indian culture among Qatari nationals and expatriate communities of all other nationalities living in Qatar. It also functions to support the Indian Embassy to strengthen the deep-rooted Indo-Qatar friendship and cultural relationship. The membership of the ICC is open to all the Indian nationals residing in Qatar. ICC also serves as an umbrella organization of all socio-cultural outfits of Indian community residing in Qatar.
