Job Description

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware components. - Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues. - Monitor and optimize network performance and security. - Manage user accounts and permissions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role. - Strong knowledge of IT systems and network administration. - Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and Linux. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - IT certification (CCNA) Preferable.
