• Responsible to assist Physician for physical examination and procedures. • Responsible for identification of the right patient at the right time and administer medication at the right time. • To educate and explain procedures to the patients/bystanders. • Responsible for the preparation of the equipments, instruments, stationaries and consumables in the OPDs. • To maintain a constant stock of inventory at all the times.Responsible to monotor daily check list of opd’s,treatment room,boom waste and laboratory. • To operate and monitor autoclave and other sterilizing equipment. • To carry out clinical procedures based on Allevia medical center Nursing policies. • To co-ordinate with all other depatments to ensure that smooth functioning of the area assigned. • To record and maintain out patient register,statistics ,HSPA and all other documents as per MOPH. • To assess patient needs throughout and resolve issues if any. • Communicates effectively, positively and courteously with patients/bystanders and the health care team. • Ensure the patient reports are kept up to date and confidential. • Contribute and participate in all the inhouse training programs and ensure you have enough CPD points to renew the QCHP License. • To act as patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity and confidentiality of patients and respect patient rights at all the times. • To check and return the files to the receptionist without any deficiency on a daily basis. • To perform all other duties assigned by Sr.Staff Nurse and Mangement from time to time.
