• Must have at least 3 years working experience in Engineering, programming testing & commissioning of Lighting Control Systems (Eaton, Schneider, etc...) • Must have knowledge and experience in different lighting control system Dali, KNX Protocol, Dimming and other interfaces. • Must have knowledge and experience in Lighting control modules; Local control devices; Network PC and routers; Scene-setting. • Must have experience in integration of LCS with other systems, like BMS, fire alarm, etc. • Must have experience in site coordination and management. • Must have knowledge and experience in BMS. • Interpret control sequences and create programming logic per design intentions. • Perform and document all commissioning and checkout procedures. • Communicate with Project Manager and Engineering on any field coordination that implies scope/design change. • Perform and maintain job-site back-ups, as-builts, programming files, sign-on procedures, job deficiencies. • Create customer friendly graphic screens, showcasing the project and pertinent information. • Serve as a resource for Sales, Engineering, and Service to help achieve NABC organizational goals. • Review construction drawings and specifications for project requirements. • Should design circuit and LCS panel. • Work with mechanical and electrical designers to ensure the control system will meet performance, reliability and functionality requirements. • Perform on site commissioning and startup by demonstrating system’s capability once the equipment has been shipped to the customer’s site. • Debug and commissions LCS programs on our fabrication area during systems integration stage and then on the customers site during installation. • Work with other members of the control systems design department and other groups to continuously improve methods of integrating controls technology, with the goals being enhanced safety, enhanced functionality, and reduced cost. • Work with customers, project managers, designers, toolmakers, and electricians to solve problems in order to provide the customer with a complete functional system. • Provide thorough testing of machine functionality to verify LCS program completeness. • Provide accurate documentation for each project. • Inform customer project personnel regarding documentation and advises them on solving technical problems. • Provide customer with training specific to their current project, e.g. Operation, programming principles, and program structure. • Project engineering, supporting LCS controllers & HMI programming, panel development, working on Eaton, Schneider, preparing bill of material & make changes in AutoCAD electrical diagram • Mentally strong & Can work in tough environment
