.Oversees all daily logistics-related operations · Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle · Leads communication with external suppliers · Respond to any issues or complaints · Evaluate budgets and expenditures · Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, ISO & Govt/Customs requirements · Manage suppliers, Custom broker, freight forwarder, and transporter. · Well verse in the Qatar Customs, Import / Exports Regulations, and all other government procedures. · Work with various cross-function within an organization to accomplish objectives or ad hoc tasks. · Negotiate and monitor export/import rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability. · Perform & prepare weekly/monthly analysis of shipping data and report to management.
