Job Description

1. Responsible for in flow and out flow of units for repair and repaired 2. Cash collection for OW units In-coming and outgoing item received for service 3. Responsible for Parts sales, customer inquiry and orders 4. Communicate with customer internal or external by telephone or by face to face 5. Maintain records of all units for service send to Doha from Sanaya Service a. Monitoring RTAT b. Pending c. For Quotation approval d. BER/NR for Collection 6. Coordinated with supervisor on daily base of the daily job allocation to technician, scheduling and other day to day request for service 7. Communicate with customers for possible supply & AMC Service with regards to Business automation Kyocera or Brother Printers. 8. Ensure that all request and follow-up will be address well with proper answers to customers 9. Interact with technician for their daily calls jobs, closure and update to customers 10. Last but not the least be polite and with respect in handling customer by phone or by face to face.

Job Requirments
