• Review and Develop Detailed Design P&ID’s, • Review and Develop SCADA System Architecture, • Design of PMS System, • Prepare I/O Schedules for Process Controls, BMS & PMS System, • Size System Cabinets for Process Control, PMS System & ELV Systems, as applicable, • Prepare Instrument Schedules & Instrument Data Sheets, • ICA / ELV Systems Load assessment & Calculations for feed to size UPS, • Develop Operation & Control Philosophy, Functional Design Specifications for each system, and Detailed Design Reports • Assist QS Team in producing BoQ for ICA & ELV Systems • Prepare Overall Instrumentation & Control Layouts, including design of control room layouts comprising control panels, operator workstations and large screen monitors, SCADA furniture as required, • Develop ICA Cable Schedules, • Closely work with Revit Modelers and Drafters to generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation. The deliverables shall include, but not limited to, ? Detailed design plans including detailed cable routing etc. for BMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm System, PAGA System, Telecom, Intercom Systems and Instrumentation, Control & Automation works. ? Accurate and comprehensive 3D models for each of the above systems, incorporating the related devices, control panels, network cabinets, and related components. • Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP team to ensure proper integration and coordination of all system elements within the overall building model, • Contribute to the ELV & ICA design, specifying the devices and ensuring appropriate coverage for different building spaces, • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the electrical models, drawings, and associated documentation.
