Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Perform eKYC checks to ensure customer compliance with regulatory requirements Manage customer queries and resolve any issues in a prompt and efficient manner Provide customer support on various aspects of online money transfer services, including account setup, transactions, and security Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with company policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes Meet performance metrics and service level agreements for customer service
