Senior CRAC Unit Technician

Doha | Maven Trading & Installation WLL

Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of CRAC units to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. • Monitor CRAC systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as they arise. • Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of CRAC units. • Assess the cooling needs of our data centers and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements to meet future demands. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and inventory. • Respond promptly to CRAC system emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and minimize downtime. • Work closely with other technical teams to ensure the overall reliability and efficiency of our data center infrastructure.

Job Requirments

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting CRAC systems in a data center environment • In-depth knowledge of CRAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. • Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly. • Committed to following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment. • Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed. • Ability to adapt to changing technology and work environments.
